Warwick Ayres graduated from Auckland University in 1985 and is the director and owner of Ayres Legal Limited which he established in 2000. Previously a partner in a larger firm he wanted to be able to give more direct and personal attention to all aspects of his client's needs.
Having practised law for 30 years, Warwick has specialised in property law, commercial, contracts, leasing, trusts, wills, estates and relationships. His clients are small/medium sized businesses and private clients.
Warwick believes that clients want to have a sound and practical solution for their problems or issues without getting tied up in bundles of legal documents. It is important to Warwick that his clients understand the documents they are signing and he finds that they appreciate his discretion and experience in dealing with all aspects of their family and business.
