Warwick Ayres - Partner
I am one of the partners of Ayres Legal. Ayres Legal was established in 2000 to focus more clearly on the needs to business people and those clients looking for a lawyer with all round experience who would attend to their needs directly and promptly.
We are a general practise firm with a variety of experience. Clients like to feel important and that their concerns or issues are being addressed in a timely and effective manner. I believe that clients can contact me as and when required to ensure that their legal requirement is able to be handled in the best way possible. If urgency or circumstances warrant I will attend to matters outside business hours so that clients lives are not unnecessarily put on hold waiting for Monday to come around. I enjoy assisting clients in three main areas: property, business and trust & asset planning.
Property
Over the years I have overseen thousands of property transactions and encountered most issues that can arise. I enjoy helping clients undertake these major of transactions and working through the various issues and pitfalls to ensure they receive what they are hoping for in any purchase or sale.
Business
Business people are looking for prompt and efficient solutions to legal queries that can come up every day. They need to be able to call someone and have a sensible and useful response that they can implement immediately. In addition they require assistance in the formulation and analysis of important contractual documents. We offer that service.
Trust & Asset Planning
The field of asset protection has become of ever-growing importance for those people seeking to increase their personal wealth for themselves and their families. By keeping abreast of continuous changes we believe we deliver first class service in all respects. We regularly give seminars and write material for various readers in this area.
